Pen and I are at that fine seat of pedagogy, Wedgwood Memorial College, to find out how to balance our qi by means of T'ai Chi. To be truthful I'm not sure about the "balancing energies" stuff, but the quiet contemplation, and concentration on learning is very welcome, particularly after a challenging week.
The grounds of the college are peaceful - with some fine sculpture and many rare trees...


...so when I speak to you next I shall be fully balanced and finely centred
