... and the sprouts are getting fat - for those of you who hate sprouts, this may be therapeutic - excuse the violence to veg...
For those, like me, who love the little green beauties - here are some delicious ways of preparing them
....and just remember as Auntie BBC reminds us - "At around ten calories each, they're very low in fat and also in sodium. They're high in dietary fibre and contain high levels of vitamin C - weight for weight, sprouts have three times the level of vitamin C of an orange, and just four to six sprouts contain the adult daily vitamin C requirements.
