...struggling a bit..

I'm stuck on the sofa - my joints have seized up, which they do from time to time because I'm suffering from the long-term effects of HMS - see explanation on this page. It's not just that my joints hurt and are stiff, but I feel pretty unwell, and have to put a lot of effort into not becoming anxious/depressed (about work and stuff). I think I must have set this lot off by overdoing it decorating the kitchen this weekend - trouble is, it seemed like I was taking it easy at the time - there just doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason to it all.
