...around 80,000 new blogs are started each day, and there are somewhere between 200,000 and 900,000 bloggers based in Britain alone (you've got to admire the sheer informative accuracy of that statistic) although only around 13% of bloggers add new material to their blogs more than once a week.
I of am of course one (well actually one and a half) of that select band 26,000 to 117,000 of regular UK bloggers (smug smile)
...as I said - common as muck...

I'd be interested to know what the percentage of women bloggers is according to technorati. I read somewhere the other day that according to one measure it's 56% and to another it's 43% - whatever it's about half - that means that as far as women's voices are concerned blogging is really helping...
